Care and Maintenance 

To maintain the quality and longevity of your Sewn By Laura products, follow these guidelines:

- Spot/handwashing. For minor stains/dirt, hand wash the area with a warm cloth and soap. 

- If machine washing is necessary, wash on a cool wash, low spin. Handwash setting is recommended. Use mild/gentle detergents and avoid any strong chemicals or fabric softeners. 

- Avoid overwashing - this can affect the composition of the fabrics we use

- Cotton fabrics can be ironed on reverse. Do not iron fur, fleece, herringbone, water repellent fabrics. Do not iron settle mats or bumpers.

These variations are beyond our control, and as a result, the actual colour or texture of the product may differ slightly from what you see on your device.

Product Durability and Pet Safety 

While we take great care in designing and manufacturing our products, it is important to note that our dog crate covers, bedding, and accessories are not indestructible. As with any pet-related product, it is essential for pet owners to use their discretion when leaving their pets unsupervised with our products.

We recommend that owners remain vigilant, particularly with features such as wooden toggles on crate covers and ties on the backs of bumpers. These elements could pose a potential choking hazard or may be chewed through by more determined pets. 

Ultimately, it is the pet owner's responsibility to ensure that the products are used in a safe manner, and to make the decision whether or not to leave their pet alone with our products. We do not accept liability for any injuries or damages caused by inappropriate use of our products. 

Measurements

While we take great care to provide accurate measurements and high-quality embroidery, we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect crate dimensions provided by the customer or for misspellings in embroidered names if the information was submitted incorrectly. Please ensure all details are accurate before placing your order, as custom-made items are non-refundable.
