Excellent quality product. You can see a lot of care has been put into its construction. The pillow is very thick and comfortable and fits the crate perfectly. The doggo is loving it!

although he is a bit of a chewer I have been trying to keep him off from chewing it so instead I put it on my sofa as he comes on the sofa with me in the evenings with his blanket and he rests his head on the pillow so that's worked out really well.
