When will I receive my order?

Approximate lead times for making products are as follows:

1-5 working days: Crate covers, bumpers, settle mats, bone pillows

5-10 days: Three-piece sets, beds and items made with bespoke fabrics

For delivery, please allow an additional 2-5 working days for UK orders and 7-10 working days for international orders. From experience, deliveries to Australia and Canada have sometimes taken 20 working days, although this is uncommon. Please bare this in mind when ordering. 

These timelines are approximate. Most items will be shipped within a few days except for busy periods. 

Couriers and shipping methods

UK orders are sent 2nd Class Tracked service with Royal Mail. Beds will be shipped with Parcelforce. 

International orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail on an International Tracked or Tracked and Signed basis. Unfortunately, beds cannot be shipped internationally. 

A tracking number will be provided on your confirmation email. 

For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges vary by country and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

 

Lost or delayed orders

Please get in touch if your order does not arrive.

If an incorrect address is provided, or the buyer does not collect their parcel from the local depot in case of a missed delivery, the item will be sent back to us. To re-ship the item, charges will apply.

 

Customs fees

Please note, for international orders, customers may be required to pay for duty/taxes upon delivery. Customers are responsible for these charges and the amount is not included in the product/shipping. Postage and personalised/made-to-measure items will not be refunded upon failure to pay these charges.
