The crate cover itself is beautifully made. The fabric is sturdy and it fits the crate perfectly from the measurements I provided (using the helpful measuring guide). The flaps overlap slightly to ensure there are no gaps when they're down, and they fold up neatly when access to the crate is required, or if ventilation is needed. The sewing quality is lovely, and customer service was brilliant. We foolishly didn't think about our puppy chewing the loops use to hold the flaps up when not in use before it was too late. After one was destroyed, we contacted Laura who quickly dispatched some replacement ribbon for us to sew on while we covered the postage cost. Thank you Laura!

Excellent speedy delivery and a beautiful travel mat. I used it this weekend and my dog was unusually calm and well behaved whilst we were all eating. I think he liked having his own defined space. Really good quality. Would recommend.
