Lead times and shipping

When will I receive my order?

Approximate processing times for making products are as follows:

3-8 working days: Crate covers, bumpers, settle mats, bone pillows

5-10 working days: Three-piece sets, beds and items made with bespoke fabrics

For delivery, please allow an additional 2-5 working days for UK orders and 7-14 working days for international orders. There may be delays for international deliveries due to customs checks etc. Please contact us after 28 working days if your order has not arrived. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

All UK orders qualify for free shipping. 

Orders to Europe will incur a delivery cost of £14.99. 

Orders outside of Europe will incur a delivery cost of £24.99

 

Couriers and shipping methods

UK orders are sent 2nd Class Tracked service with Royal Mail. Beds will be shipped with Parcelforce. 

International orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail or DPD on an International Tracked or Tracked and Signed basis. Unfortunately, beds cannot be shipped internationally. 

A tracking number will be provided on your confirmation email. 

For countries in the European Union, the price displayed now includes import taxes and fees. Parcels will be sent via DDP (delivered duty paid). 

For other international orders, the customer is responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges vary by country and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. 

 

Lost or delayed orders

Please get in touch if your order does not arrive.

If an incorrect address is provided, or the buyer does not collect their parcel from the local depot in case of a missed delivery, the item will be sent back to us. To re-ship the item, charges will apply.

 

Customs fees

For customers in the EU, customs fees and taxes are now included in the price. 

Please note, for international orders, customers may be required to pay for duty/taxes upon delivery. Customers are responsible for these charges and the amount is not included in the product/shipping. Postage and personalised/made-to-measure items will not be refunded upon failure to pay these charges.
