How do I measure my crate?

It is important to measure your crate correctly to get the perfect fit for your cover or bumper. Use the guide in the images on the product listing. It is not necessary to round up or add any cms. If you need further support, see our Measuring Guide.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide shipping is available. Unfortunately, due to the size of beds, we are unable to ship these abroad. However, I do offer three-piece sets for crate cover, bumper and bed cover and I ask customers to source a crate mattress. Amazon has lots of affordable options.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is free for UK customers. International orders are charged at £14.99 for European countries and £19.99 outside Europe. For more information, visit our Shipping Page.

Do you offer bespoke items or fabrics?

Yes. All of my products can be made with bespoke fabrics. Whether you’re looking for something in particular, have a colour-scheme/pattern in mind, or already have the fabric you’d like, please get in touch and I can provide a bespoke quote. 

I also offer bespoke items, such as seat cushions, table runners etc. Please get in touch and I will do my best to assist. 

How do I know what size to order?

For each product, you will find measurements in the product descriptions. I may also recommend what breed of dog would suit particular sizes. If you have any questions regarding your dog or a specific breed, please get in touch. For reference, the apricot cockapoo featuring in product listings is a 10kg small cockapoo.  

Can I wash Sewn By Laura products?

Yes! All Sewn by Laura products are designed with dogs in mind, so they are made to be washable for easy cleaning. Washing instructions vary depending on the item and materials used, but you can find specific care details on each product listing. For the best results and longevity of your item, always follow the recommended washing guidelines.

Can I request a fabric sample before ordering?

Yes, samples can be ordered here. You can request as many samples as you like.
